Shipping & Returns

Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate of $24 for standard shipping anywhere in Australia.

Free Shipping: All orders over $500 automatically qualify for free standard shipping.

Dispatch Times: All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has left our warehouse.

Coming Soon items: If you are purchasing a kit that is currently marked "Coming Soon" or on pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be communicated to you. These items will ship as soon as they become available.

30-Day Return Policy: If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Return: To initiate a return, please email us at support@toolcollective.com.au with your order number. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Damaged Items: We only stock trade-quality gear, but if something arrives damaged or is faulty, it is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
